1 Introduction

Short wave quartz heating lamp used with the circle of tungsten wire to radiation, closed in quartz glass tube. Its color temperature is 2400-2500K, and its wave length range is 0.8-1.8 micron, reaching the peak at 1.2 micron. Turning on or turning off quickly, and temperature rises fast(from zero to peak just needs 1-2 second). The heating lamp has two installation methods: Horizonal installation and vertical installation.

1. Quartz short wave single tube heating lamp: Using transparent quartz single tube as a sleeve, saving space and convenient installation. Working life reaches 5000hours.
